SoftBank defies Dish’s rival bid for Sprint, increases high yield deal to $3.3bn
SoftBank is defying the challenge from satellite group Dish Network to its takeover offer for Sprint Nextel, and has raised even more bonds than it first planned. The Japanese mobile communications company sold $2.485bn and €625m of high yield notes on Thursday.
