Cifi strikes on second attempt, closes $275m bond
Chinese property company Cifi Holdings was turned away from the dollar bond market six weeks ago, when investors balked at the company’s aggressive price expectations. But after listening to advice from its bankers, it made a successful return to market this week — and managed to raise $275m from a deal that was covered multiple times.
