Citic Pacific, SmartTone Telecommunications Holdings, Sunac China Holdings and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing rushed to the dollar market before bankers and investors left for the Easter holidays, selling a combined $2.7bn of bonds last Wednesday (March 27).
