ICA/Hakon completes Sk5bn rights issue
ICA Gruppen, the Nordic retailer that was called Hakon Invest, completed a Sk5bn ($752m) rights issue on Thursday, with a 99.19% take-up rate with rights and over-subscriptions taking it to more than 100%.
