Deals are steadily trickling through in the FIG market this week, with UBS taking the loss-absorbing capital baton from BBVA with a new 10 year non-call five Coco, and Liverpool Victoria launching a 30 year non-call 10 subordinated trade. Flows in senior unsecured and covered bonds are increasing, but with many borrowers well funded, the scarcity of supply is helping banks price deals with small new issue premiums.
