RRR cut helps interbank liquidity and bonds, not loans: BoA-Merrill

Banks are expected to use the extra liquidity obtained from the cut in reserve requirement ratio (RRR) to invest in bonds, an activity that is not constrained by the loan-to-deposit ratio, said the bank.
