Greece’s Alpha Bank launched a fully-underwritten €457.1m rights issue on Thursday with four international banks lining up to support the deal in the clearest sign yet that investor sentiment has turned positive. Even bankers working on it couldn’t have imagined six months ago working on such a deal.
