Moody’s scuppers Slovenia dollar deal
The Republic of Slovenia saw its plans to issue five and 10 year dollar debt frustrated on Tuesday by a two notch downgrade from Moody’s. The deal was progressing strongly, according to bankers at the leads, but was postponed following the downgrade. A second attempt at the deal this week is not likely, but remains a possibility.
