Unibail lifts €700m 10yr at minimal NIP
Unibail-Rodamco, the French property company, brought its roadshow in late May, arranged by Barclays and Deutsche, to fruition on Tuesday with a €700m 10 year issue. Since then, the A/A+ stably rated issuer has formed a syndicate including the roadshow arrangers, as well as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Banca Imi, Crédit Agricole, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
