Santander Chile pounces for floater
Banco Santander Chile left it until late in the week but sold $250m of five year bonds last Friday. The Chilean bank opted to print floating rate notes in a week in which fears of a slowing down of fiscal stimulus pushed Treasuries wider and stalled most new issues in Latin America.
