TefDe lines up €3.7bn rights for KPN deal
Telefónica Deutschland, the German mobile phone firm that floated last year, is set to raise €3.7bn through a rights issue that will help pay for a €8.1bn acquisition of Dutch firm KPN’s German subsidiary, E-Plus.
