Four emerging market bond issuers took action this week ahead of the usual August slowdown, showing off new shoots of investor appetite for longer dated US dollar debt. Deals in 10 years or even longer drew in order books multiple times oversubscribed. But the price of protection against rising yields and high US Treasury volatility was not cheap, writes Francesca Young.
