AGI prices $375m distillery spin-off close to the bottom
Philippines conglomerate Alliance Global Group (AGI) raised Ps16.2bn ($375m) after pricing the spin-off of its distillery business TrillionStars Holdings, which will be renamed Emperador Distillers, close to the bottom of its price range on September 20.
