OCI gets €400m from two-prong raise to help settle in Amsterdam
OCI, an Amsterdam-listed, Egypt-based fertiliser and engineering firm, has raised €400m through a convertible bond and primary share sale. The deal will allow it to refinance its debt after it moved its listing from Egypt to the Netherlands, and increase the free float in those Amsterdam-listed shares.
