Unibail makes Swiss franc debut for Sfr135m
Unibail-Rodamco, the French property company, sold its first Swiss franc bond on Tuesday. The deal was able to grow slightly beyond the issuer’s minimum target in spite of the Swiss investor base’s traditional reluctance to buy bonds from property developers.
