ACS launches €700m Iberdrola exchangeable
ACS, the Spanish construction firm, launched a €700m five year bond exchangeable into energy group Iberdrola on Friday. The deal will finally bring to market the kind of big equity-linked deals that bankers have been searching for since the market reopened after the summer.
