Investors propel big increase in IBK selldown
The third equity sale by a Korean government entity in six days received such strong demand this week that the Ministry of Strategy and Finance was able to increase the size of its sale of Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) by around 76%, to W265bn ($250m), on November 26.
