Deutsche Wohnen CB raises €250m as fatigue sets in
German residential property firm Deutsche Wohnen raised €250m through a convertible bond on Monday, pricing towards the worst terms for the issuer as investors started to show price sensitivity following a record run for equity-linked markets in November. The new convertible will pay for a buyback of GSW Immobilien bonds after Deutsche Wohnen merged with its competitor earlier in the year.
