Mixed results in $2.8bn block night as market reopens

Vendors raised $2.8bn through four block trades late on Monday, seizing on a reopening of the blocks market following results black-outs. While sales of Norsk Hydro, Countrywide Holdings and Generali all went well, that of Rome airport operator Gemina was cut back in size and price.
