Everbright banks on cornerstones for $2.8bn HK float
China Everbright Bank launched bookbuilding for its HK$21.7bn ($2.8bn) Hong Kong IPO on December 10 as it embarked on its third attempt at a listing. And the Shanghai-listed issuer is not taking any chances, having gathered cornerstones for 69% of the deal and enough anchor investors to cover the book already.
