Christmas is about excess, not stress and caveman diets

It's Christmas time again, when children dream of Father Christmas, good cheer is spread to all men and bankers book out Michelin starred restaurants for extended lunches. When I was still working, this was always my favourite holiday, as I could share a pint with my buddies at rival banks without having to worry too much about what they had up their sleeves for next week.
