U.S. stocks soared on Wednesday, with the Dow surging more than 1,000 points, as investors tried to regain some of the steep losses suffered in the previous trading sessions. The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 1,086.25 points, or 4.98 percent, to 22,878.45. The S&P 500 climbed 116.60 points, or 4.96 percent, to 2,467.70. Deutsche Wohnen, the German property company, is trading up over 3% from the offer price of an accelerated share sale by Vonovia on Thursday night, with the whole EMEA blocks market up for the year so far.
