Sri Lanka’s NSB mandates three for dollar debut
Sri Lankan state-owned National Savings Bank has mandated three bookrunners to arrange its debut outing in the international bond markets which could see it issue as much as $1bn. But bankers away from the deal have questioned the timing in the light of investors turning bearish on emerging markets in recent months.
