REC launches CB exchange amid refi plan
Renewable Energy Corp, the Norwegian firm that has been a regular ECM visitor since the collapse of the solar panel market in the last few years, is planning its latest clean-up of its capital structure. It launched a convertible bond exchange and a buyback on Monday as it moves ahead with a separation of it solar cell and silicon businesses.
