AGI prices $375m spin-off close to the floor
Philippines conglomerate Alliance Global Group (AGI) raised Ps16.2bn ($375m) after pricing the spin-off of its distillery business TrillionStars Holdings near the bottom of its price range on September 20. The unit will be renamed Emperador Distillers.
