ECP market commentary: ECP market picks up steam after modest start to week

The week started with subdued issuance in the EuroCP market, but liquidity returned as the week went on.

As expected, the Bank of England's monetary policy committee left its base rate unchanged at 4.5% yesterday (Thursday).
