Indices hit by choirs of fallen angels

2002 was not so much a year of development for fixed income index providers, but a year of alterations and improvements. Indeed, thanks to the almost incredible number of fallen angels crashing through the rating notches, high yield index providers had their busiest year on record. Philip Moore reports.
