Koder steps up, Isolani retires

UBS has handed sole responsibility for its global capital markets division to Matthew Koder after co-head Roberto Isolani decided to step down and end his 17 year career at the firm.

After three years in which he has steered the fixed income and GCM businesses through a period of unprecedented turmoil, Isolani says he really does want to spend more time with his family — and, in the future, potentially to look for another job.
