RBS convinces ex Lehman banker out of retirement for top FIG job
Royal Bank of Scotland has hired former Lehman Brothers banker Eamonn Price to head up its EMEA financial institutions group, a newly created position. Price, who retired from Lehman Brothers in June 2008 is due to start on Monday and will report to William Fall, global head of FIG at RBS.
He is not quite an exact replacement for Eden Riche, who left RBS in June last year. Riche was global head of banks and joined Investec in December 2010 to head up the banks corporate debt origination business.
