Marfin joins Cococo club

Marfin Popular Bank said on Thursday that it will offer shareholders Eu294m of convertible enhanced securities, the type of contingent convertible capital notes that also include an upside equity-linked option, in a similar deal to that offered by Bank of Cyprus in March.
