DB, JPM lead Eu527m Kloeckner cap hike

Acquisitive and fast-growing steel trading firm Kloeckner mandated Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan as bookrunners for a Eu527m capital increase as it builds a war-chest for future M&A.

Co-bookrunners for the deal, which was launched on Thursday, are Commerzbank, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and UniCredit.

The bookrunners worked on Kloeckner’s IPO in 2006 (with UBS) and have featured prominently in subsequent capital raisings.
