UK keen to back infrastructure, but no cash promised yet

Infrastructure finance specialists in the UK will be listening carefully when the chancellor of the exchequer, George Osborne, makes his autumn statement on November 29. There is speculation that he might announce new initiatives to stimulate infrastructure investment through the bond market.
