JPM, Nordea underwrite stainless merger

JP Morgan and Nordea have provided the underwriting for a €1bn rights issue for steel firm Outokumpu as it merges with ThyssenKrupp’s Inoxum unit.

The deal also has support from key Outokumpu shareholders.
