Analysts say Ukraine Eurobond unlikely before October
Ukraine is unlikely to be able to sell its postponed Eurobond issue until after parliamentary elections scheduled for October 28, according to two analysts in London. Investors also sound doubtful.
Anatoliy Miarkovsky, first deputy minister of finance, said last Friday that the five year deal was being postponed from its first quarter 2012 target. Revised plans will be announced at the end of the month, he said.
