Kenya Airways on approach, throttles back discount

Kenya Airways revealed the terms for a Sh20.6bn ($251m) rights issue on Monday, setting a slim discount to the theoretical ex-rights price for the deal that supports a $3.6bn fleet expansion and which it has talked about for more than a year.
