Oddo signs Guosen partnership

China’s Guosen Securities, a mid-market specialist and one of the country’s most successful IPO houses, signed what could be the first of many partnership agreements with European ECM firms. The deal with France’s Oddo & Cie will provide each with the expertise to advise on cross-border listings.
