Ethos exits Holdsport

Ethos Private Equity sold down its remaining stake in South African sports retailer Holdsport on Tuesday, completing its exit from the firm after bringing it to market in June 2011.

UBS was sole-bookrunner for the R218m ($28.5m) sale of 5.35m shares, just over 12% of the company.
