La Poste plans roadshow as Rio Tinto waits
La Poste, the French national postal service rated A/AA, announced on Tuesday a roadshow starting on November 12 for what could be its first bond since November 2010. Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are arranging it.
A Postal Law in 2010 enshrined four public policy mandates for La Poste, including promoting access to banking by providing an almost free service and distributing newspapers cheaply.
The law made La Poste a limited company instead of an établissement public and paved the way, Standard & Poors said,
