Maire Tecnimont calls on two banks to underwrite half of capital raise
Italian infrastructure engineering firm Maire Tecnimont on Monday set out plans for a €150m capital raise, half of which will be underwritten by Barclays and Banca IMI.
The firm is also restructuring 300m of existing debt and borrowing another 50m after reporting losses of 207m 2012 and 296m in 2011.
The share price has slid over the last few years, from over 3.50 in early 2011 to 0.3358 on Friday, giving it a market capitalisation
