A rare opportunity to pick up private sector Kazakh paper could be on the cards after Eastcomtrans began meeting investors on Wednesday. BNP Paribas and HSBC are accompanying the rail freight transportation company on a five-day roadshow ahead of a potential Reg S dollar debut deal.
