UKFI appoints JPM, shortlists panel

UK Financial Investments on Friday appointed JP Morgan as its privatisation adviser for sales of the country’s bank stakes, and published a list of around 30 institutions that it will consider for bookrunner, co-lead, capital markets adviser and strategic adviser slots.
