Tradition debuts with Swissie
Compagnie Financière Tradition, the Lausanne based brokerage, made its public market debut on Thursday, selling three year Swiss franc notes. The issuer benefited from a robust domestic bid, allowing it to reach the top end of its target range.
Credit Suisse and Zürcher Kantonalbank priced the Sfr120m ($128.1m) three year paper to yield 3.5%, in line with guidance at 3.5% area. The deal was capped at Sfr120m by the issuer.
The leads opened books on Wednesday morning aiming for a minimum of Sfr70m and continued the bookbuilding
