Eandis calls investors, bond issue possible tomorrow
Eandis, the gas and electricity distribution network operator in the Flemish region of Belgium, is set to issue its first benchmark bond for nearly a year, after Belfius Bank and HSBC held a conference call with investors this afternoon and then took feedback.
The leads were due to speak to the issuer late this afternoon and consider plans for issuance.
The municipally owned issuer, rated A1 by Moody’s with a negative outlook, issued its first bond without ratings in 2010, a €150m seven year domestic retail issue.
