  • Evraz Holding has raised $30m in a three year deal through mandated lead arrangers Commerzbank, Moscow Narodny Bank and SG. The transaction pays a margin of 370bp over Libor and funds will be used to finance the production facilities of the borrower's West Siberian metal works.
  • Rexam, the world's leading can maker, has signed banks into its £875m five year revolver, increased from £800m after an over-subscription. The deal refinances the outstanding amount of Rexam's Eu1.4bn loan from 2000, which financed its acquisition of American National Can.
