  • Merrill Lynch is marketing a £152m securitisation for listed property fund Insight Foundation Property Trust. The deal is the third issue under NM Rothschild's Real Estate Capital programme, although it differs from the conduit's previous issues in that it has been specifically tailored to allow the borrower a greater degree of flexibility in managing the portfolio in exchange for a more conservative leverage profile.
