Brief: UBS prices secondary shares sale for NVC

UBS sold a secondary block trade in NVC Lighting shares last week, raising HK$503.75m ($64.58m) for a non-affiliate shareholder. The deal priced at the bottom of a HK$4.03-HK$4.12 a share price range.
