After a torrid 2011, many bankers feared the worst for the senior unsecured market in 2012. But supply exceeded expectations by a distance and, buoyed by the effects of the ECB’s LTROs, the asset class even managed an astonishing second half rally. Tom Porter asks if 2013 holds more surprises.
