ICMA hires former JP Morgan hybrid banker Hiscock

David Hiscock started as senior adviser to the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) regulatory policy team on Monday

He joins from JP Morgan where he was European head of hybrid capital structuring, a job he had held for the last eight years. In all had been at JP Morgan for over 20 years.
