Millard new CMTS head as Deutsche revamps DCM

Deutsche Bank has overhauled its debt capital markets business, broadening its scope to include areas where it thinks a joined-up approach is increasingly important for treasury clients.

The new grouping is called capital markets and treasury solutions, and incorporates all of what was formerly under DCM, the capital markets sales portion of transaction banking, and the corporate banking coverage group.
