Barclays promotes Moravec in leveraged finance reshuffle

Barclays Capital’s head of European leveraged syndicate, Michael Moravec, has been promoted to co-head of Emea leveraged finance, alongside Peder Oien.

Moravec, who retains his syndicate role, joined Barclays with the takeover of Lehman Brothers’ US business in September 2008. He moved from New York to London last year.

Thomas Egan has also been moved to London to work for Barclays’ European leveraged syndicate, replacing Jeremy Selway, who has joined ...
